shareIn October Russia will distribute its vaccine. And i think other countries in this following weeks will launch their vaccine. Also,elections are on November 3. All these elements makes me think that in November this supposed "emergency" will be way over. Black Widow could probably be delayed of some other weeks but in late November will probably be released in theaters.
