So is Florence Pugh really replacing Scarlett as Black Widow?

Has this been confirmed? Or will both characters be part of the franchise?

PRETTY SURE SCARLETT IS DONE IN THE MCU AFTER BLACK WIDOW.SO IF THE WIDOW IS PART OF FUTURE MARVEL PLANS THEN PUGH DEFINATELY SEEMS TO BE ONE TAKING THE JOB.

Grace Randolph seems to think so, and she probably has some inside knowledge. She seems to be a great up and coming actress, and given the terrible casting mistake they made with Captain Marvel, Marvel would be fools not to capitalize on her talent and charisma. It seems like the smart move if Black Widow is a hit and they want to make more sequels with a female character that people actually like.
