Black Widow says during Civil War "You could at least recognize me", eluding to the fact they have encountered each other in the past.
shareUnless it's in a flashback probably not because this is supposed to take place after Civil War, but before Infinity War. Even if their are flashbacks he may not be present if he wasn't a vital part of her story though it'd be cool to see Bucky again in the Winter Soldier mindset.

I don't remember that in the movie.
That's how Cap first heard of the Winter Soldier. She showed him the scar on her hip and everything. For some reason, a lot of people forget about that scene when the "You could at least recognize me" line pops up in Civil War.
