Why Didn't They Go To 159 Prospect In The First Place?

After Ronan receives a mysterious call from his father to come to 159 Prospect, they spend all day looking around the house for their dad and then later they go to the police when they still haven't found him and then they head to 159 Prospect.

Why didn't they go to 159 Prospect in the first place? 

The message said to be there at 6:15. They must have had time before the rendezvous.

I think he wanted them there at a specific time so they would jump when the building did. If they had gone to that address hours before the jump, they might of just said "weird building" and left, missing the jump.
