Just saw this on Netflix and saw the run time & thought "ok, its too short for a movie, mst be a tv series", but nope. Just a movie.
The run time makes me think it was supposed to be a w hr pilot for an hour length program but somehow never got to the series stage.
I am really disappointed there wasn't more of this after that, the ending left nothing wrapped up (as a pilot should do).

I wish miniseries were more popular. Too many TV shows with interesting premises like this go on far beyond their expiration date. This would be a great miniseries.
