Weird choice to make it into a stand-alone movie. All the way through I felt like I was watching a pilot episode. But I enjoyed it!

So they should definitely turn this into a tv-show! You could even have the same actors playing the same characters(but from alternative universes) so you can have kind of like American Horror Story:ish feel for some of them except instead of changing season to season it could be from episode to episode.. Doesn't even have to be so heavily serialized as most shows are now, could be great just going episodic style like Quantum Leap but with parallel universes instead.

Why? It's just another copy of FOX's Sliders which got boring pretty quickly.

Just another copy? This is the first serious attempt in two decades.

Fringe was just another copy of X-files, it was pretty great though.

I loved the "movie," or should we call it what it really is, the pilot for an awesome series? Seriously! You can't leave us all hanging, wondering what's next and who are the mysterious Asian girls.

I am down with this!

Sliders only got boring because of the stupid crap they started doing with the CroMags (sp?) and the cast drama with Jerry O trying to shoe horn his talentless brother into the show.

Yes. Sliders was an awesome concept. Bad writing and no imagination plus personality issues with producers butchered it. I'd love to see a great remake of that concept

Definitely should have been a TV series, first half was good. As a TV series they could explore some many world's which would have been interesting.
