Everyone involved in this movie should be ashamed

Zero idea went into this movie. It's the reason that the majority of movies today are simply creative laziness. IT"S ANIMALS SINGING OMG! Screw you. Any movie where you could replace the CG animals with live action people and it be the same movie can die... and you know that this studio already has all the rights to the songs that they're going to use. It's pandering.

But now that I think of it, it's not their fault. It's yours.

Little kids, (the audience that is being pandered to) wouldn't be as interested if it contained people instead of animals. The movie introduces them to different types of music in a way that appeals to them. Nothing wrong with a little exposure to Bowie, Presley, Sinatra,...

Well, your spite is a little over the top, but I agree with the gist. It was a fairly pointless to be animated. The story was thin as is, and it occurred to me while watching had it not been animated with cute animals, it wouldn't have ever seen production, let alone release.

A human couldn't have 35 kids like Rosita, otherwise I agree with you - it was a very uninspired gimmick
