ok. so, as mike made his escape with the woman, did it end with the bear still hanging on his car or was i hallucinating? so, then when the place gets reopened, mike is not seen anywhere. so, did he meet a tragic demise off-screen?
i didn't stick for post credits if anything happened but did i miss something or see something that wasn't there.
I didn't see anything, but I did leave as the closing Universal animation started - I'm hoping like heck it was the true end and that I didn't miss something about Mike at the last moment!
hope so. not that i want to see a sequel, since i don't see how they would make this a good sequel unless it's an opera. then i'm on board. but i think mike is rabbit stew. but he's the kind of dude who can get out of anything. it just felt weird the way his storyline ended
on another subject, i was also disappointed that the commercials gave away, basically, the whole 3rd act. and i actually thought it was an enjoyable enough movie (i hate kids movies), but this one kept me entertained. probably the music i liked, and had a fun storyline, similar to warrior where you cared about everyone and wanted everybody to win
Since he's the only bad guy in the whole bunch and didn't turn himself around at all, the bear might be the justice he'd get. Parents can tell their kids that he did bad things, and he must face the consequences later on.
You can interpret it however you want I suppose. But as it is a cartoon my assumption is that they escaped the bear in the backseat, probably in a hilarious fashion, and they are both currently on the run from the bear mafia.
