No idea who Dave Foley is! One reason they hire famous actors to voice animated films is so that they can go on talk shows, morning shows, etc., to publicize the movie (McConaughey and Witherspoon were on every single one I think). Unknown voice actors don't get invited on Jimmy Fallon. Sad but true.

Ever watched A Bug's Life? Dave Foley is "Flik". And seriously, Flik and Buster are so alike. If you haven't watched it, please do, because it's awesome and it has just a right dose of cute ;)

David Foley? Has he done anything worth watching since Kids in the Hall? Idris Elba would've been a better choice. Not much of a leap from a British Accent to an Australian which McConaughey failed at an fell back on his regular voice. Elba can also sing which McConaughey cannot.
BD Wong would've been perfect as well. The man can do any accent and has a beautiful voice.
Ever heard of Newsradio? Yep. Idris Elba's voice is too deep. Would not be fitting.
