The Paola and Russ update

This show is highly scripted . The previous update said Paola was going to return to Columbia for 3 months to work with her brother on her shoe designing business. Russ was less than thrilled about her being gone for so long. Now, last nights update says she hasn't seen her family in over 2 years. 🤔

How ironic that he quit his previous job in the oil and gas business so he could travel less and spend more time with Paola. Now since he lost his job they're together 24/7.

I felt a little bad for her, shes the only one working and it looks like it's been that way for some time now. Maybe he should look to going back to his old job or perhaps move.

Were they in the series last year? I don't remember their story. I remember all the other couples. Did they look differently?

Also, I feel the producers amp up the drama and crying for the show. She looks like a pretty cheerful, happy person. She is modeling here in the US. He doesn't look like a terrible person. If the producers wanted to, they could slant the romance so it was The Love Connections.

Paola and Russ were in season 1. Paola is gorgeous. Probably the hottest girl on 90 Day Fiance.

Yeah I caught that too. I remember her going to work on her designs back in Columbia saying she would be gone for a few months.... In an case, why don't they just stay with her family until he gets back on his feet?

It would be hard for Russ to look for a job in Columbia. Did you mean why don't they move in with his parents.
That would make sense except I can't see Paola giving up her condo with gym and all the amenities.. IMO she's very attractive but a bit of a diva.

Engineers can typically get interviewed from out of the area (company pays their ticket or an online interview). To me they could use that time to visit her family.

Anyone else notice the house they were 'living in' was most likely a rental? At least from the outside, it had one of those special locks on it. I guess they didn't want to show where they really live.

Out of all the women I think she's the one with a full head on her shoulders. Random thought lol

Yes I totally agree. It's obvious she knows how to take care of herself. She's outgoing and appears to have made friends and does not cling to Russ like a leach like some of the other women. She is somewhat of a diva but a likable diva. If there is such a thing. She know she's pretty and she knows how to use it to her advantage. She knows how to market herself to get work and is already talking about getting out of OK and heading for Miami. In a very short time it appears she has already outgrown Russ. And I think he knows it.

I noticed that too! Yeah I guess they don't want to show their real home, but it kind of takes away from the "reality" of it.

Ah this is like the ONLY K-1 visa mail order bride I can like:
- Latina (love latinas)
- Gorgeous (she is)
- Obviously works out and stays in shape (she's 29 so it would show if otherwise, that Anfisa goddigger she's still 20 but wait until she hits 30 and then let me know how good she still looks without exercise)
- Great personality (she can make friends fast and is the only K1 fiancee I would bother listening to)
- Clearly can take care of herself (with the hubbie unemployed she's doing what she needs to to foot the bills).
- Seems 100% honest and trustworthy.

What else can anyone ask for? I know: inheritance!!!

I just saw her Instagram though and it’s trash: Photos of her working out or showing what food she eats after working out, ass shots with stupid quoted about how you should love your inner beauty or whatever, and those goddamn dog faces / crown of flowers that basic bitches apply to their selfies.
