Another Louis C.K. loser who craves humiliation from women?

Louis's own show features him as a pathetic loser who is beaten and humiliated by women frequently. Now we have another Louis show with a pathetic sad sack who pays for his estranged wife's home while he is homeless.

Does anyone else find Louis showcasing his perverted desires a bit sad and disgusting?
