Seriously this man finds a severed leg and tries to capitalize off of it? Poor man that survived the crash has to fight for his severed leg to be returned? Only in America will a person try to get famous trying to hold onto a body part that clearly isn't his. This just makes me sad.

It came out during the documentary that that Shannon guy had some serious childhood issues where he constantly needed attention and wanted to be famous. He claimed his dad beat him often. You kind of figured out why he is the way he is, but later on he said he could turn his tears off and on...and threw a fit over that reality show. They didn't make him look like a fool. He does it all on his own. I can't believe what his family has to put up with, and his wife seems embarrassed as hell. He seems like an egomaniac whose looking for his 15 minutes of fame, or to be the next Billy Bob Thornton. It's so ridiculous.
