I forgot what the "daughter's and wife's" names were, but what did they mean? I remember he mentioned their names also after he was rescued, but I kept waiting to hear what those translations were in English after the revelation that the spirit/guide's name was actually his wife's favorite color and season.

Maybe something whimsical like, "all's forgiven"?

The kid translated it as Yellow Winter so what are you talking about?
