in the last scene Bill gives the little girl a gun and she walks away. anyone know who she was or why she is not credited on the cast list

Same reason that 95% of the cast isn't credited, probably. Because it's not a Hollywood or SAG film. So instead they don't need to credit all 200+ people involved in the film.
Instead they credit the protagonist and all the major characters. Uwe didn't even credit himself.
my thought was if the Rampage films are remade in 20 years. they have the same brutal yet smart style but use her as the main character\shooter

I don't think in 20 years anyone will have the conviction to make a movie like Rampage. Uwe Boll has already said Rampage 3 is his last film, so I don't know who's going to make it, since he owns the IP.
shareI forgot about his copy right to the series. my main point is even if Uwe retires after this the industry needs more bold film makers like him. remaking the series with a female lead but still as violent could be a fun twist
