UV Protection?

Does the RV come with UV protected windows? Can only see defrosters on it but nothing else. Dump truck didn't have it for obvious reasons.

I wonder where he got all the gas to drive that dumptruck?

The base he used had power, so he could likely run a pump for the gas. Stored at underground storage gasoline can be fine (theoretically forever in perfect keeping conditions). Altrough after 14 years of end of the world it would not really be usable. Unless he made his own biodiesel, which would be viable. At the end Jeff uses a can to fill the tank that has "diesel" written on it but it may be repurposed.

Wasn't much of the power from solar panels? When those got wrecked, he got REALLY worried that he wouldn't make it

If those are the proper laminated heat windows they are actually UV proof and all kinds of shit proof. Like to the point where you have trouble getting a GPS signal. Now the sidewindows looked unprotected.
