A box office failure.
Jeez. I don't know how, but since this film didn't get any notable nods at all, this film will likely go down as a movie failure. The film hasn't attracted anyone really, and the only good thing to come are the reviews, but reviews don't bring money. This movie didn't even make 10 mil (I don't even think it made 5, but if it did, it barely made it) in the US. Sure, 30 mil in Spain is decent, but this was supposed to sell in the US. I hope, I really hope, that this film gets a cult following in years to come like the Iron Giant, or else this will be the MOST UNDERRATED film in the past few years. Such a shame. This was an incredible film.
