The sand eats people? Like a creature in the sand eats people? Or just the sand itself? Boobs, boobs must save this plot...and lots of them. ;)

Some sort of giant mutant jellyfish. You only see the tentacles, throughout the movie, via not so great CGI. You see a pretty nice shot of it, just beneath the surface of the ocean, as it swims towards another beach in the climax.

I rented this from I-tunes because it had a lot of stars and it is sooo bad. The actors look like they are constipated whenever they're trying to act scared or upset.
