This movie had a budget of about Half a Million Dollar...

So stop comparing it to movie Leviathan, which had a budget of 25 Million in 1989, with inflation that's 45 Million.

Harbinbger Down had a budget of only half a million dollar...so relax.

T4 and T5, both PG13, are the only Terminator movies NOT to open #1 at the box office. PG13 flop.

I agree. It was a good movie for what it was, and rather amazing when you consider the budget in this day, and age. Definitely worth a watch, especially if you enjoyed movies like Alien, and The Thing (1982).

The result matters, not the budget .

Raising the money required for a good result is an integral part of film making .
You need to match the budget to the project, and the other way around ; failure to do so is incompetence .

Movies are not like kitchen appliances or cars, where you can get more for more money, or pay less for something that still gets the job done .

A movie is like a book - the author will be compared to all the other writers out there, no excuses .
