Maybe a nitpick but...

Pretty unrealistic that the beacon (the blinking light) on the space craft would still be working after 30+ years frozen in ice, isn't it?

Also the amount of times they made a transition cut to someone opening a door an using that stock sound CREEK for the bulkhead doors. I counted 8 times they used the same sound effect. It's like everyone using that damn hawk screech in a desert scene. They could've designed the creature a little bit more effectively. It looked like a mutated Audrey II from little shop of horrors.

That stock sound they use for opening doors in movies always drives me nuts. I notice it in like nearly every movie I've ever watched and it always briefly takes me out of the film.

Boy, do I wish that IMDB had an up-vote system because you deserve one. That sound effect drove me NUTS! That's the kind of thing they used to put on old Halloween records and absolutely does not belong on even an indie picture like this one. They could have easily gone to any play ground with a merry-go-round and recorded original rust sounds and done a much better job.

I guess we can count our lucky stars that they didn't use the Wilhelm Scream. (Did they?)

In space, no one can hear you scream. On IMDB, we can hear you but we just don't give a crap.

AlienFanatic - the Wilhelm Scream, is that that classic from Star Wars? "AaaIieeee!" ???

EDIT - Just youtubed it: It's been in use since 1951, and Star Wars DID abuse the HELL out of the "Wilhelm Scream!!" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdbYsoEasio

IMDB - Because some Trolls need more than just a bridge

It was a lot more than 8 times.

If there was a harbinger down squeeky "metal" door that looks like card board drinking game, people would be dying from alcohol poisoning
