Is Jesus a mutant?

Moira mentions the Bible got the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse from the followers of Apocalypse. Is this to imply that Jesus also is a mutant with his powers being all the miracles he performs in the Bible?

I don't see how this connection is being made. What does Apocalypse have to do with Jesus?
