James Cosmo channeling his inner Oliver Reed?

I enjoyed this movie, but couldn't stop thinking that James Cosmo was affecting a pitch-perfect impersonation of Oliver Reed (moustache, accent, everything)
Anyone else notice this?

Not exactly... Oliver Reed was distinct, especially in his old age
