Im surprised Paramount and Hasbro didnt jump on the bandwagon after WB did rushing out BVS after the success of the Avengers (and now legendary is doing King Kong v. Godzilla).
The GI Joe franchise could use the revenue and the Transformers franchise could use the creativity.
Instead we are getting a Bumblebee solo movie? Forget that!!!

It seems Paramount has put G.I. JOE 3 on hold until Dwayne Johnson is available. As for a crossover movie, I don't know. Maybe there's too much they want to explore before shoving Cobra and the Joes into the mix.

They probably will eventually, the G.I. Joe movies are not exactly as big of crowd pleasers as most of the TF movies are with general movie goers so it would make more sense to combine the two to generate more interest.
