Grimlock will be like a big dog in the film.

The TRF (Transformers Response Force) is led by Lennox and another solider who wants ALL Transformers off Earth no matter whom. So there's a schism between them. I don't know how

Cade is on the run in this film.

Sqweeks is adopted by Isabella during DOTM. He is damaged and can only say "chihuahua."

Laura Haddock plays a character named Vivian, and she ends up thrust into the plot when she’s picked up at her family home by a Transformer in vehicle form. She’s taken to a castle where she meets Cade Yaeger and learns that she’s key to helping save the world.

Quintessons and a new Prime may appear.

So the synopsis is:Last Knight focuses on Optimus Prime who returns to Cybertron and finds out it's already dead. In order to resurrect the dying planet, Optimus Prime needs an artifact located back on Earth, which also happens to be the same item that gave Merlin his powers during the time of King Arthur....this is a bit out there but I can dig it lol.

Sounds like Age of Extinction part two. Though, having Cade on the run would be a good plot idea since he was basically the Edward Snowden of the Transformers universe exposing the US Governments attempt to commit genocide against the Cybertronians.
