I can't think of any Moon/Planet eating Transformers there are

If I'm correct and based on the plot summary that is cybertron that Optimus brings back to life and maybe turned it into unicorn?

That is clearly what's left of Cyberton, I recognize the honeycomb shaped architecture.

I'm gonna have to disagree. Cybertron, in Dark of the Moon, was much bigger than planet Earth:

Whatever this new thing is, it looks to be only a littler larger than our moon. Definitely similar in design, as you said, though. Maybe one of Cybertron's moons? Maybe Unicron? Hard to say. I'm certainly curious.

It definitely looks like Unicron....a Bay version. He probably brings back Optimus but for evil.
