The title sequence for TF5 - a clue

If anyone pays attention to the title sequences of these films, they always appear in the final film.

The first two films weren't anything too special, just the title folding and transforming into place. The next two films however were more plot-centred.

DOTM had the title appear from within Sentinel Prime's eye.

AOE had the title appear in an Alien/Prometheus-style manner, which fits in with the Prometheus angle (aliens creating Earth, industrialists taking interest in tech, etc).

This title sequence seems to be the interior of a habitat (with a sword/triangle symbol). That is very intriguing and it looks to be some sort of important location.

07/08/06... 786... the sentinel of Allah has arrived.

Could it be related to the creators?

In the trailer, the sounds that come with the title sequence sound a lot like the space bridge from DOTM. This is impossible since the space bridge was destroyed but maybe theres some other form of space bridge tech like in transformers prime

I thought it looked like the interior of Lockdown's ship.

Ah, glad to see people talking about the debt TF:AoE owes to Prometheus! That's a thread I've been meaning to make for a loooong time. Kinda pointless posting it here but still...maybe someday.

>_>

But, yeah.

Personally, I can't help but notice the similarities to RoboCop visible within the trailer for TF:TLK. Bumblebee attacks an ED-209 lookin' thing, Prime's (kinda) back from the dead but not in control of his own actions, and HOLY HELL he even has RoboCop's data-spike in his fist!

Haha, they even filmed scenes in Detroit, lol.

Anyway, it seems to me that Prime's stabbing THROUGH Bee's face and into the surface of the Knightship-esque thing they're fighting upon so he can activate it with his data-spike. So I'm guessing it's an Omega Lock situation, which possibly kills-yet-heals Bee's voice as seen in "TF: Prime."

And I'm pretty sure whatever it is Prime's activating there is what we're seeing turn on in the opening title sequence here.

Which is of course possibly underscored by the lettering of the TF:TLK sequence being strikingly reminiscent of the surface of that Knightship or w/e with the Omega Lock thing, all biomechanical and veiny.

And then there's still the possibility of the ROM connection, too.
