How should Saw Legacy start ?
follow the Saw formula , open with a trap
or something totally different
me personally , idk , but i wouldn't be mad if the opening was Hoffman enduring a trap to escape the bathroom
I think opening up to Hoffman in the bathroom is too similar to Saw III. I think the best formula for Saw films is to open with a trap that will eventually play into the grand plot of the film. Perfect example is in Saw V with the pendulum trap, and how the story of the pendulum trap unfolded to be the backstory of Hoffman.
shareI'd start off Saw Legacy about 5 mins before the final sequences of Saw 3D and I'd show the 2 other pig mask characters (mask off reveling who they are) helping Gordon put Hoffman in the bathroom. Then cut to a trap.
