I want him back just as much as anyone else, but.. Come on. Yes, some of these fan theories are pretty good despite one fact. His rotting corpse was shown in Saw II and III. Not only this, but he was completely DECOMPOSED in Saw 3D. I think once you're a skeleton, there's not really any turning back unless there's some weird Evil Dead crossover where he becomes a damn deadite and joins the skeleton army with Zepp and friends. That makes more sense than "They switched out his body"

The theory states that it wasn't his body that has been decomposed. However yes, I agree, I think Adam is dead

Some of the theories stated that his body was switched with officer Tapp's Body, since the gunshot wound Adam had in Saw VII was within the area Tapp was shot in.
