If its so easy to kill culabas(?)

It seems to be really easy to kill those demons, why the heck did they bother to lock them up in the ground?

So they can have a season three.

Plus for the first two they seem to have Seth figure out how to kill them. Seth burnt the first one with fire to the head. That should have been figured out back when by trial and error.

Second one Seth figured out beat it on the head repeatedly. That should not have been difficult to figure out either.

Seems to be demons need to have something done to their head like Culebras need heart destroyed.

I think these demons were just the ones who were trapped here when the last war ended and the gateway to Xibalba was sealed. Yeah, they're able to kill them. It takes real effort though. And if that gateway gets re-opened there are probably endless hordes of them waiting to come through.
