He is such a bad actor- I hate how he tries to come across as passionate about the topic but just kind of comes across as a nerd with a loud voice. How did he get cast in this role? Someone owe him a favor? They could only afford to pay scale so he was best they could find? Just horrible- he just popped up on Season 2 he should beg them to kill him off.

Rodriguez is loud and obnoxious
They naturally became friends and busey was offered a role.
