Is football still #1?
I know plenty of people are obsessed with football, but is as popular as it once was? It just seems when you talk to kids these days it's more basketball and soccer.

To put it in perspective - in the NBA all 30 teams play 82 games, and the league as a whole generates a little over $5 billion per year.
In MLB all 30 teams play 162 games, and generate $9 billion per year.
In the NFL all 32 teams play 16 games and the league generates over $13 billion in revenue per year.
The NFL is the highest grossing individual professional sports league in the world. Soccer collectively is more popular than American football will ever be worldwide, but not in the US.
