Umm, is K'un L'un still going to be Tibet ... since China hates Tibet?

... and Marvel went so far as to change the character of The Ancient One in Doctor Strange from a Tibetan man to a Celtic woman to avoid offending China, the second largest market for Marvel films?

This mystical city lies in K'un-Lun Mountains (崑崙山). It's one of the longest mountain chains in Asia, extending more than 3,000 km. The mountain range exists entirely within the Tibet region of the People's Republic of China.

All Immortal Iron Fists come from this city and the Amulets of Power originate from the K'un-Lun dimension.

Or are Marvel going to say that the mystical city of K'un L'un doesn't appear in the K'un Lun Mountains anymore ... and that the two names are just coincidental LOL

They haven't done much pandering on TV.
Agents of SHIELD has had multiple Chinese villains. Daredevil had Madame Gao, the presumed K'un L'un'ian leading the Triad. Where as the movies nixed Radioactive Man, and changed the Mandarin and Ancient One.

They kind of backpedaled on the Mandarin though, so we don't know who the real Mandarin is now.

There was a Marvel One Shot bonus feature about a documentarian interviewing Trevor from IM3 and in the end, he says that the Mandarin doesn't take kindly to people who use his name for their own agenda, and then kidnaps/breaks Trevor out of jail to face justice for slandering the Mandarin's name.

netflix series aren't availaible in china tho, they have their own streaming service not netflix, so I guess the netflix shows do not have to worry about them

Man I love Celtic legends and history but if they shoe-horned a Celtic lady in to the movie that is pathetic. China needs to suck it up, the government there is ruining it for their people. I don't know a single person from China that has an issue with Tibet, but I know plenty that hate the government. What communism needed was a superhero to save its self from all of its government's corruption. Then again our mighty free country pulls this Tibet crap for money so we are just as weak or weaker.
