Who is perfect for the role, you think?

My vote goes for Iko Uwais (1st) and Tony Jaa

Bruce Lee, but sadly that can't happen.

Maybe Jet Li for a close second.

Tbh I think jet li is a bit too old for the role. After watching the raid trilogy, I would say Iko Uwais is an obvious choice. I will be very glad if mcu casts him in that role.

my other choice is Tony Jaa

Iko Uwais is Indonesian. His facial features don't look Chinese. I don't think playing a character named "Shang Chi" will fit him.

Well as far I know Shang Chi's mother was American. Shang is not purely chinese. So, Iko being an indonesian wouldn't affect that much, I think

It'd be cool to see Robin Shou, but yeah he's too old for Shang. Not that he looks awful, but Shang should be around Danny's age.

At any age from his 20's-30's, Donnie Yen would've been the perfect fit for the character. Absolutely perfect.

I hope if Shang Chi gets his own series, it will be like the espionage themed comics in the 70s where he worked with MI6.

It didn't get much press but at one of the conventions Shang-Chi was said to be a part of Netflix Phase 2. (After the Defenders)
