I was hoping that Danny Rand's predecessor Orson Randall was in the first season, but no such luck. Hopefully we'll see him in season two.

If Orson hasn't been introduced, Michel Gill (president Walker from House of Cards) would be perfect after one scene where he showed Walker's resentful temper is what I imagine the character's persona in the Marvel Netflix version.
