Hey sawzaw, the post you responded to was imported from the last days of IMDb. It's not a new post advertising other sites. You can distinguish new posts from "dead posts imported from IMDb" by checking the nic of the poster. If it's not clickable, it is a dead nic.

EDIT: it's even simpler than that. Old nics don't have a number beside them
