As dizzying to follow as it started out, it's a pretty show so far, with some great actresses. I'm excited to see this one through. 💪

Except Jennifer Jason Leigh. I mean, she is great, but her character is very thin and underdeveloped. Anybody could have played her part. Moore and Joan Allen are great.

Clive Owen is awesome and also the little creepy dude who is channeling Brad Dourif.

Yeah, I wish they had given Jennifer Jason Leigh more to do. It is nice to see her again in the Stephen King universe though! I don't know if she's been in another SK adaption since Dolores Claiborne.

Joan Allen spent 2/3 of the show in a catatonic state.

Sure. But that requires some skills, otherwise you end up staring at the wall and the audience staring at you with zero emotinal response. She did fine dramatic performance.

The faces she made were ridiculous. she was wasted.

Some people tend to think that disabled persons do funny faces and movements. This is an yet another confirmation that she was rightly cast and did her job fine.
