Im honestly surprised that nobody mentioned that. That movie takes a lot from MGSV.
From music selection (meaning music in fight scene for example), to character names(laugh & scream), to simple things like "the drop" and main character. Event some shots are exact copies.
You understand that the film was in production long before MGSV came out right? It's timeline actually makes it impossible for them to have stolen anything from it.

Don't know why people are taking it so seriously, it may be stupid, but it's stupid fun, and not lame, and all in all not being lame is the dividing line for me between watchable and not.
