Why not request a prisoner transfer vs shooting up the police station.

The CIA folks could have ended this a lot faster and less bloody if they just went in with a court order and had Eisenbergs character transferred legally to their custody. The idea that they would send in a hit squad to slaughter the entire police force in order to get to their guy vs just asking nicely is utterly ridiculous. Granted there would have been no movie then, as they would have easily had a prisoner transfer, keeping him secured in shackles, and easily execution later that day.

Exactly... Then it would have made sense...
I mean the whole premise that they chemically hypnotized the guy so that he would not leave town... HUH?

So in consideration of his panic attacks; There's no way they could have had a "normal prisoner transfer"... when they got to the bridge/county line/city limits he would have paniced and started yelling... So they had to kill him to keep him quite... (I cannot tell you how much sarcasm was in that last sentence)

Anyway, I found this to be a fine movie to play in the background while I cooked up dinner and answered some e-mails. 5/10 stars.

I hope someday that KS learns how to act. She can only fall back on that "quirky kinda-hot skinny look" for so long.
And maybe JE will be able to portray something beside a "geeky-safe neighborhood dork".

True. This is probably the main (or sole) reason, IMO.

Very much agree, though in putting together the sequence, you can just about imagine the producers and director genuflecting in the shadow of The Terminator.🐭
