Instead of having Logan confirm Laura as his daughter by looking at Transigen medical files, they should have had him lean over and smell her while she slept in the Limo, (that's how an animal with a heightened sense of smell would identify their offspring), then sit back with a look of resigned acceptance on his face. I think that would have been a much more appropriate and touching scene.

But while it's simple and uneventful, I think Logan looking at the files is a poignant and well executed scene. I have no doubt your idea could have greatly benefited this spectacular film though.
Great idea, that would have been awesome, much more subtle and effective!
