I dont really use 1 to 5, very few CBM's are awful enough to use them...
For me X-Men: Apocalypse, was a 6 and was awful...The Only reason period I'll rewatch it in the future is for the Action Sequences.
I'm usually not hard to please at all when it comes to movies, I'm not a movie critic or anything, but I hated everything about X-Men: Apocalypse.
The Wolverine wasn't "Awful" but IMO was in no way a good movie, Same With Last Stand.
I can rewatch them all in the future, and slightly enjoy them, but ONLY for the action Sequences.
Example for my ratings
10-The Dark Knight and The Avengers, These are Literally the 2 best CBM's in the Genre...IMO
9-Captain America The Winter Soldier and Logan, Both are Great, Almost game changers, But not quite to the level of TDK and The Avengers
8-Guardians Of The Galaxy,Doctor Strange, X-Men First Class, Just good to very good CBM's but not "The Best"
7-Age Of Ultron, Iron Man 2, The Amazing Spider-Man, Decent to Disappointing CBM's
6-Iron Man 3,The Amazing Spider-Man 2, X-Men: Apocalypse, Thor 2, Spider-Man 3---IMO Bad CBM's
Now of course there are exceptions for Rating CBM's 5 and lower...

Need to make An EDIT to this previous Statement....
I had only watched Logan 1 time and it was in theaters when I made this statement and rated it a 9.
I've now bought Logan on Blu Ray and watched it 2 more times and I'm now comfortable saying Logan is A 9.5 to 10 and It should absolute be ranked With The Dark Knight and Th Avengers as the 3 greatest CBM's ever.
The Avengers,The Dark Knight and Logan are simply game changing and Genre Defining....all 3 films Went for something New and were made with Different and completely opposite Tones....and in all 3 cases they literally nailed as great as you can possibly nail it.
IMO Logan is probably The best CBM ever made quality wise...Its story,drama,acting and chances it took that included Killing The Title character and Charles, 2 characters that have been in Movies for 17 years....theres just nothing like it.
but are also things about TDK and The Avengers that are equally Impressive and things that are even more impressive than Logan.
Ledgers performance as The Joker is Just An ALL TIMER and when you put that Performance/character in a Movie as great as TDK , just like Logan, theres just nothing like...
The Avengers "Fun Factor", The "First Team up"...IMO no CBM ever has giving the audience what They Wanted More than The Avengers...a deep,meaningful and dramatic story would not have worked with The Avengers...for A movie like The Avengers you bring these heroes together and Then You show them in action, as an audience you want to see something that you previously thought was impossible and again no CBM ever has nailed it better than The Avengers when it comes to Fun and giving the audience what they want

X1- Around 8/10 (because that made me a fan of xmen in general, who has no access to the MARVEL universe except Spiderman)
X3 - Same as X1 ( Maybe more than x1, I think Ratner provided true vision to MARVEL Comics X-MEN, Singer version was low budget safe played experimental Fox movie)
X-Dofp 5/10 ( Singer some what tried to copy X3 Ratner vision and succeed with the help of writers)
