Sorry if I'm being dense, but can someone explain the relationship between the teenage girl (sometimes in specs) and Harvey Keitel, and his reference to "going to the ATM" (or similar) when he escorts her off the hotel grounds?
At the time I thought she might be a sex worker he'd knocked up but I may have been reading in things that weren't there!
I think she was indeed a prostitute whose clientele included patrons of the retreat. She was seen leaving the company of at least two other patients earlier in the film, one a man and the other a woman, if I recall. I don't think Mick had actually had sex her, so I don't believe he'd gotten her pregnant, though. When he ultimately approached her, they just went for a walk.
