So many problems:
•Crummy acting which can be forgiven in this crap i guess
•Poor script (threads left dangling, etc)
•Why did the creatures attack the town in the first place? I dont recall a motive that made any sense
•Why did the town put up with the monsters and not call the authorities/National Guard/get a bunch of goddam guns which are all over the place here in America???
•WORST adult son ever...what a failure and loser of a son jeez...hate that bum kid...left his dad in a real mess the little loser
•Movie didnt even give a clear shot of that cool yellow classic car...was it a Nova? Chevelle?? This stupid movie wouldnt even show me that!!

Good production values in terms of lighting and photography tho...night shots and audio were all good

Basically this was a pathetic FAIL on the creative side but very well done by the tech crew so worth a look if you wanna see tech stuff done pretty damn well

It was just boring. I don't know what it was about or what the monsters were or what they wanted. If a movie can't make that clear, then its a failure. I watched all but 20 min before giving up

Yeah...
Kinda pisses me off when i see a lower budget film get lots of the tech stuff and set-pieces all in place and looking good and then just fumble the ball
Stupid mess...
How did they manage to make that frightening tunnel a total snoozefest..?

I just saw the end, and I liked the twist, but it doesn't really explain anything of what came before. I think the problem here is they had an incomplete idea which may have been set around the twist and built from there.

Yeah...funny thing is i love weirdo nonsense movies like this from the 70's...i guess i just accept that everyone had a vision but was a bit too high/coked out whatever back then...
I dont know i just thought it was lazy
Amazon Prime has a bunch of cool older explotation crapfests that i can focus on
Kinda feel like real horror is dead nowadays ( with a few exceptions)

Agreed. American Horror Story gets it right...sometimes. Try checking out The Void on Netflix

I saw and really enjoyed Devils Candy...
Not a day goes by that im not educating my kids on Metallica, Maiden, old Black Sabbath etc lol
Good movie!
