So Scott disposed of the bodies in the bay and they turned up, meanwhile weeks earlier he had told detectives he went fishing out in the bay the day Laci disappeared....
Obviously he killed Laci and baby Conner, the question is why on earth would he admit to it so early on in the investigation?
That was his cover story for why he was in the bay. If detectives uncovered that he lied about being at the bay, that would throw even more suspicion on him. Best not to create too big a web of lies.
That's right. He had his story mapped out ahead of time.
What he didn't plan on is the bodies washing ashore.
This guy was an idiot. The cops start combing the bay, looking for Laci (because they never believed his BS). ANd what does he do? He keeps showing up at the bay to check out the activity. Then, if I remember correctly, he sells her car. Yeah, and I think he added a bunch of porn channels to his cable subscription - even while knowing he was being watched like a hawk.
John did it all. Semen was found on the sheets obviously not Burke or Patsy, the Wednesday underwear had been changed, only John and Patsy knew where a clean pair was, in the same room she was discovered, and John wrote the note to convince Patsy and Burke to leave while he got rid of the body.
But Patsy called 911 instead of Lockheed Security like an executive should and blew the plan. That's why you hear John hang it up so abruptly on the tape. Still not sure why Jon Benet had to be killed since he had abused her in the past but something must have gone wrong.
Okay, I didn't expect you or anyone to read the link or take it seriously. I was giving proof that there are revisionist idiots.
The Menendez Brothers are another case. I don't give a rat's ass if their father molested them. You don't kill your mother over it and then party with her money.
For me the main question is why he did it. Back in the day I thought he decided to kill his wife and unborn child so he could run away with his mistress/lover/whatever Amber, but obviously that was not the case. I have some annotations here:
1. Did he have more than just ONE lover? Another one enough to make him kill Laci and Conner?
2. Did Amber ever notice the mark of the ring in his left ring finger? He lives in Modesto, a sunny-weathered town most of the year. There should be an untanned ring mark.
3. Laci's mother said there was something wrong with him. Something "off". OK. What was that?
First of all, he wanted to be a player. Not so much a case of doing it for Amber Frey - more a case of getting rid of the ball and chain.
And for him, the ball and chain was about to get real heavy. A baby was soon on the way. I don't think he wanted a child. And, if he told the truth, he'd admit the primary reason is he didn't want to be saddled with child support payments. He got rid of both problems at the same time.
I don't think it's much of a stretch to say this guy was "off". Look at what he did......
