Call of Duty~London has Fallen

So it started of on a good premise, aside from the CGI and the suspension of disbelief in regard to the security services being infiltrated to such an extant.

But then it turned into some Call of Duty scenario (easy level) that I would guess a group of 13 yr old kids wrote.

I do not know how this is rating as high as 6.

Well put sir!

Not TOO easy level. He did keep running out of ammo, and needed to switch weapons with the dead guys. He also switched to knife for a few kills, and went full on splinter cell with the night vision goggles.

reply

Splinter Cell and Syphon Filter [PSOne] both.

I loved the realism when it came to the ammo. A lot of these action movies have the protagonist shooting 30 rounds from a 10 round mag before they finally reload, if they ever do.

reply

I laughed when the lights came on and he was in his goggles haha

I honestly think this movie deserves an 8. I didn't watch this movie because I thought it would have a thought provoking plot. It delivered an awesomely choreographed action movie! It was honestly even better than I thought it would be. Kinda reminded me of the old school action movies with better effects. Hope Gerard does more action movies like this

I agree whole heartedly! More people need to see a movie for what it is. Some movies are meant to "mean something", others are just meant to be enjoyed as a balls-to-the-walls action movie. This was the latter and it delivered everything it promised to.

I got the same CoD vibe, but I loved it.

I felt like I was watching myself playing the game... it was crazy and fun.

I walked in with low expectations simply because most sequels suck, but this one was enjoyable to an extent.

Lol. I just finished Call Of Duty - Modern Warfare (again) the day before I watched this and I was thinking they are making movies like video games..... or are they making video games like movies?........ Either way, entertaining movie!

I don't love her.. She kicked me in the face!!

The definitely imitated an fps when the team was moving toward the enemy base.

It's funny you say that because one segment of the film has Gerard Butler moving through the streets with the shot framed just like a 3rd person shooter, including him standing slightly to the left.

Ladies and gentlemen...Mr.Conway Twitty
