What culture? There have been Muslims in Europe for hundreds of years. It's a crime to discriminate against anyone on the grounds of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation, and rightly so. If you want to live in society that actively enforces conformist values might I suggest Nazi era Germany, Soviet era Russia or IS controlled Syria/Iraq.
