You'd think a sane person would be creeped out by that, but they're all sweet and helpful to this crazy guy. It doesn't seem at all believable.
I was wondering the same thing, but I think they must think of him as being harmless, especially if they know his history.
shareI wondered about this too. Everyone's reactions to him seemed abnormal. For example, that friend seemed all good with her avatar running around with her boobs hanging out and his somewhat vague explanation.
I get that the guy suffered major trauma, but a certain degree of cautious sympathy around him would seem to be a more normal approach to my mind.
Nicol seemed to be the only one who reacted to it. Even then it was only because his fantasy about her spilled over into real life, and he made that awkward proposal to her.
I wonder if in real life, there are a few women who have befriended him and who are okay with appearing in his fantasies, and a lot more women who cross the street when he see him coming. I also wonder if he cares, if people give their consent to be represented in doll form and have their pictures sold.
