As in if they're just taking pictures of figurines doing those things or have figurines that are like small in stature or whatnot. Maybe they'll have some plushy teddy bear in a little dress or something. I find it funny how some countries can ban art depicting little children be it manga or other but then you see this character here doing something similar but it's considered okay if not normal. As if it won't wreck our minds in some way and the other will.
