Variety and Roger Ebert endorse this? Come on!

I just got this out from the video store, not having heard anything about it.

The cover made this sound like it was the next big thing in horror, with comparisons made to Carrie and Let the Right One In.

It even had supportive quotations on it which were (apparently) taken from 'Variety' and 'Roger Ebert'.

Are these even real? I can't believe they would have anything positive to say about this film.

It was a cheap and nasty production from a first time director. The story was weak and un-followable.

I would not have minded so much that this film was a complete failure, if the marketing on the case hadn't been so damn deceptive.

An amateurism cover would have left me feeling less ripped off.

I want a refund!
