Didn't have the same charm as Nick + Norah

I've read a lot of both Rachel and David's books, their solo work and collaborations, including Naomi & Ely so I was really happy to hear they were making a film of it. Nick & Norah's Infinte Playlist is one of my go to 'cheer up' films and sadly I felt like this film didn't hold a candle to N&N. The charm just wasn't their, the soundtrack (while really good) didn't have the same feel to it and I never really liked Naomi's character. Ely was definitely a more compelling character and I would have rather of seen more of him and Bruce 2 than Naomi.

Out of all the Rachel and David collaborations I do feel like this was the weaker one.

I agree.
Naomi & Ely worked much better as a book than as a film.
Nick & Norah was great in both media

Nick and Norah's is much more fun and charming but this is good in its own way.
