I'd also like them to expand Charles Lee Ray's backstory as a human from his childhood to his initial death in 1988. Kinda like how the 6th Nightmare on Elm Street film revealed us Freddy's childhood, raising his family, and then his human death at the hands of the parents. Like maybe there's this elderly woman who turns out to be Chucky's sister who he and her witnessed their mother's murder at the hands of their father, back in the early 60s (circa 1960) and then several years later, Charles murders his dad after his dad finds out that he told the cops that his dad killed their mother. Then we see his crime spree with Eddie and Tiffany in the 70s and 80s.
