Karen, Mike and Kyle from the original films return. Possibly DeSilva and Tyler from Childs Play 3 as well. Andy shouldn't be the only one from Chuckys past to beat him down lol.

It's still very early and little info has been given. I would not be surprised at all if Catherine Hicks, Chris Sarandon or Christine Elise appeared in this movie. If only at the very end to briefly set up a part 8.
Karen was also in a mental hospital and Mike Norris was on the original case. Andy had a picture of Kyle which makes believe they kept in touch since she probably cared for him after Part 2.
I don't think Tyler would be brought back at this point even with a different actor. He seems a little further down the line to have any significant focus. Same with Jesse and Jade. They might be mentioned. As for Desilva I guess this will reveal if they stayed together...I'm guessing not.
